This was my first mobile sauna and cold water experience and I absolutely loved it. Stephen made the group feel very comfortable and put us at ease. The lake is really clean and you can see the bottom - the refreshing dips interspersed with the lovely heat of the sauna was really something special. I loved the salt rub and optional whisking massage. A great playlist too! If you fancy trying something completely different and want to reconnect with yourself and nature, look no further. You won't regret taking the dip! “

We’ve moved to Saturdays as the swimming is proving so popular we don’t want to get in the way while setting up.
The firs session is fully guided and more experiential. The second session is more chill and a co-creation from the community

Pricing
We’ve gone with £25 and £20 per session. We hope this feels reasonable - if you don’t enjoy for any reason we’d rather give a full or partial refund than leave you dissapointed. As a non-profit CIC, we need to pay for wood and accountancy bills so we have to make things sustainable. If you need Sauna for your mental or physical health and price is a barrier, please contact us as we will be glad to arrange something.

Guided session or Sauna club what’s the difference?
The guided session is 3 rounds of themed sauna and is perfect for newcomers to sauna or those that want to experience fun, relaxing experiences drawn from various sweat bathing cultures. Snacks and water provided and clean towels available to sit on. It is the first sauna of the day so everything is a lot cleaner, drier and toastier. We can put on special experiences for birthdays and other life events so do let us know in advance. This is a communal session so email in advance if you want a private sauna.
Sauna Club?
Those that know sauna club love sauna club. We do somne similar things as per the guided session, but we don’t really follow any timings or schedule. Its a time to chill, chat and co-create experiences. During the sauna club session, you have the option to purchase a 1-2-1 treatment of a back scrub and pirtis session to make you feel even more wonderful. The tent might be a bit messier and the snacks may be eaten but no one leaves without a smile.
